Items purchased missing on my purchase history

I have purchased 4 items all paid for, 2 items that not arrived and are missing from my purchase history and two other items that have been paid for and have arrived and are not in my purchase history

If they are not in your Purchase History you may have made the purchases as ' Guest Purchases'.  Your eBay account is not used.
