receiving a call from ebay customer service from abroad

Hi there, I need to ask a question about a return and all I can get is the bot assitant on the chat directing me to receive a phone call, which is fine, except that I get called from abroad! And my phone plan does not have the allowance for those calls. 

Is there any other way to speak/chat via message with ebay support?

Ebay CS are not in  UK.

They call you, does not cost you anything.

There should still be a live chat option, but that's not always available.

You could ask your question in the forum.  There are lots of experienced members here who would try to help or can refer your issue to the Community Team in the forum.
