Refunds

I need to refund money and the buyer return the item but I haven't received the money yet as its still in my funds but not in my account,do I wait until it's in my account until I refund?

If there is no money in the Available section of your Payment Summary,  then eBay will use your back up source you registered for this purpose,  which is usually your bank account.

Once the refund is made,  money on hold from the sale,  is soon released.
