Item refunded but customers neighbour took it in!

After contacting Ebay my customer said the  item had not been delivered. I refunded her and started a claim as Evri left it on her doorstep not in her secure place. Anyway it turns out a neighbour has taken it in and just given it to her . She now wants to pay me again but i dont know what or how to go about sorting this out ? Help please

You will have to sort this out outside ebay.  Cheque or bank transfer possibly?

As tracking showed delivered, you didn't need to refund.

But as said, they can't repay through ebay.
