Item purchased that does not show in "purchase history".

Has any one on here experienced what I just have, I purchased an item, paid with PayPal, on my payPal account the money went to Ebay Commerce UK LTD (which in accordance with PayPal is Ebay).

The item was paid for and (a) never arrived and (b) is not in my purchase history.

I have made a complaint to PayPal and received an email stating that the Item was delivered, so I will not be getting a refund.

Can you speak to an actual agent from Ebay ..NO

Can I get help with a purchase that was not delivered ...NO because according to my purchase history I never purchased it.

Anyone on here got any suggestions, suffered the same, before I start a civil lawsuit

When this happens it's either because you logged in via Google etc. and bought using a guest account without realising.   That happens quite a lot.    If so here's how to put in a claim:

Or the seller's account has been suspended and the item has been removed.   If that's the case you won't get any help from ebay.   You'd have to go back to Paypal and kick up a fuss.    But if they're saying it's been delivered it's worth asking your neighbours first in case someone has taken it in.
