Item never arrived.No response from seller

This has been going on for nearly 3 months now.

Item ordered never arrived - only worth a small amount of money but that is not the point.

Seller doesn't respond to messages.

Ebay closed the case without getting me the item I'd paid for or a refund - all very unsatisfactory.

Automated system I'm left with just goes round in circles getting nowhere.

I doubt there is anything I can do but this is not an acceptable situation.

Once a case is closed it cannot be reopened and cases have to be escalated otherwise they expire.   You would have been given an escalation date when you first started it.   There's nothing else you can do now.  Luckily it's not much money so just put it down to experience.

I was not told I had to escalate a complaint within a certain time period.
Nowhere was I told such an option even existed.
