Can anyone help? I'm going round in circles. The courier is claiming they dropped a parcel to me but I have CCTV evidence that no such drop was made. I can't open a dispute because ebay is saying that the item was delivered. I've been going round in circles trying to find out how to resolve this. The seller is saying open a dispute but there's no option that fits in this scenario. Help!

Yes, eBay's system is automatic, it'll just go by the tracking. For anything outside the norm you have to speak to them to explain what's happened. Good luck.
