I purchased a £900 camera and it was never delivered and eBay won't help

Hi, I need help. I purchased a camera back in January and I was scammed. The camera was never delivered. I've tried solving the issue with eBay for the last 3 months, but they won't be any help and they even stoped replying to my emails and costumer support. It is a lot of money and I need it back. Can someone please advise me? It was literally my first time purchasing from eBay; never again.
This are the messages of the account from China that sold me the 'camera'.:

Dear customer, our company cooperates with China Post, first we will add to your order DHL tracking number, the package will first arrive at the international transportation center in China (it will take about 1 day). After processing, the transportation center will give me a transfer tracking number, I will add it to your order, you can also track the whole process. (It takes about 10-15 days for delivery). In this way, the package sent from the transportation center is about 10 days faster than the ordinary express.

Hello, Dear customer. Thank you for your purchase. We have arranged the delivery of the package for you. We first deliver to the international Parcel storage center in China, after processing, it can be delivered to your country's location on the same day. The transportation time is about 15 days, saving 10 days of transportation time than normal transportation. The first DHL tracking number is from China warehousing, you don't have to worry. This tracking number: AM694309015CN is the tracking number sent to your national warehousing and logistics center. I have added it to your order. This is the query site: https://www.track718.us/en/detail?nums=AM694309015CN.I just checked, the logistics information has not been updated, it will take about 24 hours to update. Buyers can report an item not received as soon as the estimated delivery date shown on the order has passed.

Buyers have 30 days from the delivery date to open an item not received claim.

Did you open one and, if so, why didn't eBay refund you once tracking showed that you hadn't received your item?

Or did you let the claim time out?
