What do you mean?

If you are waiting for Ebay to confirm that they have checked your NI number and confirm it is right, that will not happen.

I would imagine (although I don't know) that they will only contact you if they find out from HMRC that your NI number doesn't match the other personal details Ebay hold about you.

I have entered my n.i number but have a payment on hold. How long before it arrives in balance

Your on hold payment shouldn't be linked to your NI number.

All payments are now held until 48 hours after tracking shows delivery or for 14 days if there is no tracking.

It says available in balance on 6 april ,i am aware of the 48hr thing. Nothing in balance? Is it the 8th or is there a problem ??

If the payment is still not showing in your Ebay balance, contact Ebay Customer Services to see if they can release the payment for you.
