How i can report a user about a scam who never shipped my item

Hello how i can report a user about a  scam who never shipped my item becouse he delete the page of item for who i paid and waiting half year to shipped  now i cant see option to leave feedback or to report becouse when i go to purchase and open the item and click on more details its show me page is missing but i still see the item in my purchases and our conversion is still there in messeges  too

Once the latest estimated delivery date showing on your order has passed, you have 30 days to open an eBay item not received claim to get a full refund.

If you paid with a debit or credit card you have 120 days to issue a not received chargeback.

If you paid with PayPal you have 180 days to report as item not received and get a full refund.

These are the only routes to getting your money back, if you are past all of them there really isn't anything you can do, it's a shame that you left it for so long.

yes becouse it was custom item that he said me must to do but i want to report him to not scam more people becouse he have tiktok and there many people see his videos and want in comments to buy items from him

There's no way to report an order that's 6 months old.

Important to know when the 'item did not arrive' as you are only allowed 30 days to open an eBay case from estimated delivery date. --- December 8th .com purchase ?.
