Makita hand router

I recently bought a makita hand router and have just been told it is a fake, the advert said it was a makita, I have put it next to a colleagues original makita and there is a difference, it is fairly close but it is different, and on closer inspection of the box it doesn't actually say makita on it ,I'm really disappointed and don't know what to do because it has been a month or so since I bought it.

If you received it more than 30 days ago you're out of time to put in a not as described return claim with either eBay or PayPal.

If you paid with a credit or debit card you have 120 days to issue a not as described chargeback via your card provider.

Is your seller a UK registered business seller listing lots of this kind of product? If so, I'd also report them to Trading Standards.
