Hello everyone,
Sod a watch to a USA citizen, his address was PO.BOX. I sent the parcel via UPS, after two days, UPS returned the parcel saying that they won't deliver to PO.BOX address. The return delivered to an unknown address, with a picture that doesn't look like my address and even a few blocks of my neighbours. Ebay refuned the buyer. I did contact ups, they opened a case to investigate,, but shortly closed the case as the label was provided by ebay.
now, I lost £25 postage, plus a watch that sold for £205.
any advise?
