How do you get through to e-bay?

I sent an item that was damaged in transit I issued a refund and e-bay said they would issue a returns label The buer says they have disposed of the item and no longer have the photos.

Refunds cannot be reversed and you should always wait to get the item back first.   If you want to contact ebay you can use callback on here:
