hi I was just wondering if anyone could helpme I bought something from eBay but didn’t receive it. The buyer won’t answer my messages. eBay have given me back my delivery charge but the seller hasn’t refunded me for the item. I was just wondering is there phone number for eBay

If you opened a not received case and the seller is not responding then you can escalate the case to ebay for a refund after 2 days. eBay Money Back Guarantee | eBay

Did you open a NOT RECEIVED CASE.? If so the seller has to do something, if not you escalate to Ebay.

It is most unlikely that ebay would refund anything other than whst you paid for the charge made for the so called Money Back Guarantee.

If a refund is made case closes, but refund goes back to source, and time taken is determined by how you paid. Debit card up to 7 days, credit card 30 days.

There is absolutely no need to speak to ebay, if you open a proper case then you just follow the full instructions given. Getting a refund is in your hands to deal with.
