Help My item sold to a notorious scammer Pixel Direct

Hi there,

I recently started selling on eBuy and generally had a good experience until now, I have just posted an item and it sold within minutes!
I was shocked I looked at who it sold to and there is no first name just a company name. So naturally I googled the company and discovered that they are a known eBuy scam.

Here is a trustpilot dedicated to how this person works:
https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/pixeluk.net

They buy on eBuy instantly, they pay and in the last minute, they start a dispute item not received and get refund from eBuy.

I always send my tracked, but it seems that this one might not be enough in this case.

I don't know what to do?

Do I cancel it?

If you haven't sent it then you do have the option to cancel the transaction and the buyer would be refunded if they paid.Use the buyer cancellation option, and also add them to your blocked bidder list here,so they can;t bid/buy from you again. Buyer management | eBay
