When did you buy?
It might be wise to contact seller, if a business seller, as you would not be able to return in the condition as received. Did not ad. say that not fitted with a UK plug?

It's impossible to advise you without further information.
If it was supplied with a non-UK plug and blew the fuse when connected it probably wasn't designed for the UK market.
Did you buy this from a seller in another country? How was it described? If you can post the item number we should be able to give you more advice about what you can do.
Items have to be returned in the condition supplied, so if you changed the plug and blew the fuse by connecting it to the wrong voltage you can't count on being able to return it. As I said, it depends upon where you bought it from and how it was described.
