Sent an item to someone in Florida from the UK, tracking says it's been delivered by USPS but customer saying they haven't received it, anyone else had the same type of issue? Never had a problem before when using GSP

As long as the tracking shows delivered then the buyer would not win a "not received" case with ebay. Ask the buyer to ask around their neighbours in case someone took it in.

When using the GSP you are only responsible for getting the item to the shipping Hub, showing tracking delivered to the hub. Your not responsible for lost items beyond that

If buyer opens a not received case then you need to state in the case details that you shipped using GSP and are not responsible for lost items.
