How can I send an invoice to my Buyers ?   and why is it so difficult to contact ebay ( no use talkign to a useless

computer help)

There's a problem with the invoicing system at the moment. 

Are you trying to combine postage? If so, eBay's recommendation is that the buyer pays and the seller then makes a partial refund.

Invoices are not available at the moment.

Ebay are working on it, no update given.
