Getting Paid

I have been a member since 2012 with 100% positive feedback ,I posted an item royal mail 48hr tracked 10/2/25 , the buyer has confirmed delivery was on 12/2/25 , royal mail did not confirm delivery , the buyer now has my item , e-bay has my money I have nothing but a headache ! Tried an agent & virtual assistant , no help at all , how can I resolve this situation?

Unless RM updates the tracking you will have to wait 14 days from the sale to be paid.

Thanks for your message.   The money will be released after 14 days and you will then be able to withdraw it from your ebay balance into your bank account.

It's not something they can or would do manually.   I think it's more a problem with ebay and I believe they are looking into these delays.
