You have had several feedbacks for item not received, if the item has now been received, you could send the buyer a polite request and apologising for the late delivery , but would they kindly complete a feedback revision , this you can send to them from the feedback page.
For some of those feedbacks you're in luck. The buyers have broken feedback rules by using the 'forbidden' word... refund. For those feedbacks contact eBay Customer Services draw attention to the word refund used, and that as it breaks feedback rules, can they remove those feedbacks, ask if any defect is associated can that be removed too.
This is the easiest and quicket way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
You have received an above normal amount of item not received feedbacks and may wish to review the postal service you are using, or perhaps extend your dispatch time to ones more manageable for you.
