Yodel lost parcel and says eBay will refund

Yodel have lost my parcel but will not help me saying I need to go through eBay to resolve. I cannot work out how to do this. It shows as not delivered in tracking and buyer, rightly, raised a not delivered request. But I only seem to be able to refund them and lose all the money which is not correct. Can anyone help

AS you purchased postage via eBay you need to claim from Packlink,you can start that here
