Feedback

Just had my first negative feedback and not quite sure what to make of it. Am not sure if anyone can point me in the right direction to deal with it. Thank you

Re: Feedback

Mmmm,  sounds like they think feedback is a messaging board which eBay read and take note.

Personally, I would send them a polite message thanking them for finding the sale from you was a positive experience, but their post is to be directed to eBay who do not come and read feedback, and leaving a negative for you , explain this has brought your seller performance level down and can affect your selling limits.

Ask them if they would kindly complete a feedback revision to complete you can send to them,   and they can direct their thoughts and experience they've had  on bidding as a whole,  to Customer Services a more appropriate route.

Hope the above helps to remove that neg.

Try that route first if not successful contact CS yourself, they can see the buyer is asking of you something you have no control over, but contact CS only first thing inn the morning when the lines first open on a weekday at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

This is the easiest and quicket way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

 https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

As said,  I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Contact eBay, best time is 1st thing in the morning so you should get Dublin.

Point out to them comments are not about item and as ebay is mentioned, it should be removed.
