An item has been lost by parcel Force that I bought on ebay and I have paid £12 postage ,does the seller have to refund me this as well as the cost of the item I didn't receive
Yes ,that's what I thought,the item was £45 pounds £12 postage.I received a refund of £45 and when I got it ,it said something like £33 pounds for the item and £7 postage !! which is incorrect ,it does say on my eBay,partial refund
