Fake Yodel tracking number

I just received the tracking number from seller but when I track the order, it's states "sorry we can't find this parcel". I contacted seller but they are adamant they sent parcel 2 days ago. The seller hasn't much feedback and most of their feedback is them buying items. I think I've been scammed but need to wait until 12th Nov before I can raise a case.

1 day after estimated delivery date, open item not received case,

Escalate on day 4 if no refund, ignore seller excuses. 

Hopefully item will turn up in time anyway.
