Ebay wont let me contact seller

I have bought and paid for an item, however when I try and contact the seller I keep getting a pop up saying message not delivered. Has anyone else had this? How do I resolve it? Thank you

This has been and on / off issue for some members for a long time.

We had heard the problem had been fixed, but seemingly not, as others are still reporting the same, you are not alone.

I'm going to tag our Community managers,  to see if they can send your account to the tech team to have a look  at, and hopefully fix the issue for you.
