Sorry for the late repy, I've just seen this question was unanswered.
You need to go to your profile in your Site Preferences here, and edit and add new phone details:
https://accountsettings.ebay.co.uk/profile
You may need to go through a security check select the email option to receive a code, this for eBay to ensure the correct owner is accessing those details.
