Disappeared purchase

I ordered 3x  and of black enamel spray paint. Paid for said items. Went to check on progress and “we have trouble locating your order” came up. The tracking number was given and when you click on it the same message comes up. It has completely disappeared from my order history. Please help

Did you perhaps buy your items as a guest without logging into your eBay account? If you did then the order will not appear in your eBay Purchase History. The details would be in the email confirmation of purchase sent by eBay.
