Anyone experienced this before? I recently made a purchase from an eBay seller. All fine but then received my credit card bill to find I had been charged twice for the same transaction. Have contacted eBay who confirmed the seller had only been paid once and requested a details of the double charge. I sent a screenshot of my credit card bill showing the two payments. But was then contacted again by eBay customer service who started detailing two transactions which had nothing to do with the billing error. The response from eBay seemed very automated and AI to me.
