Hi there
I’ve recently bought an item on eBay. The seller has contacted me saying that there’s a problem with delivery and the eBay site is saying my address isn’t real. I said I would send a different address to the seller but the seller has said he can’t change it and that I have to contact eBay.
When I tried to contact eBay they said the postage label that has been purchased has to be voided and a new one created but I can’t do this in my side. Does anyone know what I can do.

The seller can't accept a different address after the sale.
They could cancel the label they have bought and simply write the address they currently have onto your parcel and then pay to send it from the Post Office.
Or, the seller could cancel the sale so you can buy the item again in a new transaction, adding a different posting address at checkout.
Depending on how you paid, your payment might take a while to be returned to you.
Paypal is more or less instant. If you paid with a credit card, it can take a while to appear on your statement.
