Delivery problem

I bought an Xbox couple of weeks ago and it was damaged and was going to get sent back out but I don’t know when it will be out for delivery again do you know

Delivery problem

Not sur what you mean by ' out for delivery again',  but if you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery then just proceed this way:

 

You have received an item not as described,  go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

 

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

 

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.

If you mean it was never sent in the first place then open a not received case.

 

If you mean you received it and it was sent back to seller who is supposed to be sending back to you, then only seller knows what is going on. We are just members like you and we have no idea what is happening, but be aware that you only have 30 days to use the money back guarantee, so do not rely on promises.
