I recently received an email from eBay about a product I bought that has since been recalled for safety reasons. I have sent two emails to the seller asking for reimbursement, but have received no reply. What do you recommend I do?

Ebay MBG is only for 30 days, so if longer they won't help.
Ask your payment provider to see if they will assist or contact citizens advice.
