Item broken and within warranty, seller not replying

I bought an item a few months ago with a 2 year warranty. It's broken and the seller won't reply.

eBay are literally impossible to contact. 

Where do I go from here?

Ebay MBG is only for 30 days. 

Ask your payment provider or contact citizens advice.

EBay does not deal with warranties.  In my view - unless you are buying from a well known physical shop - they are pretty worthless due to the difficulty - as here perhaps - of any practical enforcement. 

 

If it is worth it financially you may be able to consult Trading Standards but many are so strapped for resources that they do not take individual referrals.    @sillybook6
