A buyer bought two items from me and selected different postage types for each - I wasn’t given a drop down option to add the tracking number from the parcel I posted, so the other item is still showing as awaiting despatch. I have googled how to resolve but had no luck so far. Can anyone help please? Have tried help pages and the automated assistant just doesn’t work for this issue

Two items, two packages, two tracking numbers.

Ebay is inflexible, possibly why they have not sorted out how to combine posting.

Seems to me only way round is as frequently suggested, with buyers agreement cancel original sales and relist as one item. That way only one tracking number needed, and you havecproof of delivery for all.

Your effort to combine leaves you open to Not Received Case and having to refund for one item.

I have already posted the item out though so can I still do this now?

If you download the unused label the item will mark as dispatched and the payment will be released in 14 days.   If the buyer paid the postage the cost of the unused one will be refunded to them in 30 days.
