Changing for business account to personal

At some point during my 18 years on EBay, I’ve opted to upgrade to a business account. 

I don’t remember ever running a business on eBay, suspect this was inadvertently done.

Has anyone been able to move from business account to personal?

I want to continue using EBay and not a competitor but want to benefit for reduced fees for personal accounts. Additionally I don’t want to create a new account. 

Any advice is appreciated.

You can't switch from business to private.

You will need to create a new account with a different email address.
