The buyer can ask ebay to remove it. Or you can put a follow-up onto it from your f/b page.

But does that mean there is no way I can retract or change the feedback I have left?

You can't retract or change it, only add a follow-up explaining your mistake. Or the buyer can ask ebay to remove it.

Thank you. Is it possible for me to ask EBay to remove my feedback? If so, how do I do it?

You have left a negative feedback on a positive because negative feedbacks cannot be left for buyers, hence the lack of the ' red dot' facility, it is not allowed.
If you contact CS , they will place a policy violation strike on your account as you have breached feedback rules.
Just follow @**peaseblossom** 's instructions above.

There is no option because you are not allowed to leave negative feedback for buyers, it's been that way for over a decade now.
It's a policy violation to do so, and can bring a strike on your account, if eBay CS notice it, or the buyer themselves reports it.

eBay will never bring the leaving of negs back for buyers.
When it was possible years ago, it became a tit for tat, helping no one and even some sellers were using it as a ' blackmail' for a buyer to first remove their feedback.
It also wouldn't help me and the majority of sellers who sell Buy it Now items. There's just no time to read your ' well meaning' feedback .
If it's for a non payer, cancelling orders after non payments give strikes on buyers accounts , which is far more effective.
