shipped parcel with my own shipping options

hi i shipped a parcel with dhl on my own without using sellers label of return because he provided options to ship only in america,i have failed to add shpping tracking number because its not providing an option,please help on hoe to add a tracking number or do i have to cancel and start on my own

Preferably use a laptop / PC with Chrome that combo seems to work well,  and try this:

• Go to "Orders Paid & Dispatched"
• Click on "View order details"
• Within the "Postage" section there's a small dropdown arrow next to "Track Package" - click on that.
• Click on the "Add tracking" option
• A box will come up with the current tracking number . Delete that and replace it with your tracking.

If not possible,  contact eBay Customer Services see if they can amend the tracking for you.  Lines are open now,  and more chance of Dublin answering,  if you contact CS now:

If all the above fails you may need to wait a minimum of 14 days before the payout is released.
