Can anyone tell me how to contact an agent about an item I didn't receive?

Thanks for your reply, the item I ordered does not appear in my orders but
I have an email saying it was sent and an email from evri saying they have
it since 18 December. I contacted ebay to say it has not been delivered and
they said I should hear from the seller by in 3 days. Today I have an email
from ebay saying if I have not received a reply from the seller I should
press the TAKE ACTION on the email but when I do so I get a notification
saying there is a problem, try again. When I do this nothing happens. I
would like to speak to an agent as the auto chat can only reply to set
questions.

If you have any suggestions please let me know.

You do not have to contact any agent,  but just proceed this way:

 

Has a reasonable time passed your item's last estimated date for delivery,  and you have not received the item?

Then,  if the seller is not being helpful,  go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

Can anyone tell me how to contact an agent about an item I didn't receive?

You have to open a not received case through the email you received confirming the purchase, as you would appear to have not been logged in when you bought so treated as a guest purchase.
