Buyer "Protection"!?

What a LOAD of RUBBISH., eBays "Buyers Protection" is.  Yet AGAIN., we have been cought out by a "UNSCRUPULOUS  SELLER"  Bought an Item "Listed" as being "NEW".,  When we got it., It was ANCIENT OLD STOCK., Dated 2002!  As such., was NOT FIT FOR USE or PURPOSE!  On top of which the seller put.,  NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.,  Reported it to eBay!!??  To which they WONT DO A DAM THING ABOUT IT!

SO  "WHAT's".,  The  "BUYERS PROTECTION"   Then!

You need to read the eBay mbg. If item received within last 30 days open a item not as described. Seller pays return costs and refunds you.

You do notbreport to ebay. No Returns only applies to change of mind, this is not a change of mind.

Have you never noticed the ebay 30 day money back guarantee,  it is on every listing, on the right side.  What use would that  be if sellers could send out any old rubbish.

Open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE NOW, if seller does not provide a reply paid label then after 3 full days escalate to ebay. Again if after return no refund, escalate to ebay

We have Read eBay's Terms and Condition.

The "Seller" is Disputing that the item was as stated in listing., Yet omitting to mention or say that it's an OLD 2002 STOCK ITEM!

eBay are being TOTALLY UNHELPFULLY.

Yes., If WE do send the thing back., What chance of getting a refund., (Fat Chance)., And any way., eBay WON'T provide the SELLERS return address., Stating that THEY posted NO RETURNS ACCEPTED!

Saturday.  (Less than 24 Hours ago).   And yes., we opeded it.,  No other way to find out if it was working.

Ok if it arrived yesterday goto to your purchase history find the item. Fourth button says more actions click that then it will take you through options to return. Select item does not match description and there after it’s pretty much automated. You should get a label sent through to return. Don’t close the case once opened for any promises etc from seller.

We looked at that.,  We contacted one of eBay's Advisors! first.  Complete wast of time.  Yes., we will be opening a claim. But when They., eBay say., Oh the seller wont accept returns! and basically left it at that.  That's why we posted this.

Open a return, select the 'doesn't match description or photos' reason.

Your seller must provide you with a pre-paid returns label. If they don't, then after 3 business days you can ask eBay to step in.
