On January 8th 2025 I 've ordered the following item "1/3/5x BeeBoom Nasal Inhaler for Prostate Wellness, Nasal Inhaler Sticks ~" the order was confirmed under nr 14-12549-97018.

The latest day expected of arrival was last February 8th 2025 as of today February 23rd 2025 I have no news? Please can someone help me and tell me what is going on?

Is it showing as dispatched on your purchase list?   If so it may be lost in transit.  You have 30 days from estimated delivery date to get your money back so you can wait a bit longer if you like but don't let that deadline slip by.    Then select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:
