Bought item for collection

Bought an item buy it now for collection, bought paid messaged seller for collection address, no response messaged numerous times over the last 9 days since purchase no response. Tried cancelling order with eBay rejected, sent email to eBay no response.

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
