Feedback i left for a seller removed by ebay and i m furious

I left negative feedback for a seller and eBay removed it .

I bought a bed ,contacted the seller to arrange collection and got told it was no longer available .

She would not cancel the order to get my money back I had to sort it all out with Ebay myself.

So I left negative feedback.

All I put was " I bought item in good faith but told item no longer available ,had to sort out refund myself.

Why I'm *bleep* off is I've never in 17 years left a negative feedback, I had a good reason to leave it but eBay removed it without even an explanation to myself.

Very disappointed with eBay.

You mentioned "Refund".

That is why comments were removed.

You can be honest in feedback, but only if it ebay allow it.

If it happens again, just say "Unsatisfactory transaction"
