Automatic relisting and reserve fee of £2

hi, I can't get through on chat line or telephone 😞 - can anyone help please?   I have an item which didn't sell and has auto relisted - I had a reserve on it for a £2 fee and this has relisted again - do I get charged £2 each time it relists?     

& also , i have tried to turn off auto relisting but the item doesn't have that option on the drop down menu - any ideas?

Yes,  the reserve fee is charged each time the item relists.  it's payable sale or no sale,  and charged the second the item goes live.

To stop this item relisting with the reserve,  you'll need to end it , and when when you relist remove the reserve, and from ....See pricing options on the right of Pricing,   click on the two small wavy lines , and from the drop down menu deselect the auto relist.

The above is all done from a laptop / PC ,  no idea if possible from the app, sorry I've never used that ,or the mobile browser.

Just to add ,  you do not really have to add expensive reserves,  just start your auction for the lowest amount you are happy to receive,  it cannot sell for less. 

Then,  if it doesn't sell, there's nothing to pay.
