Sold item but shipped using a different method

Hi. I sold an item and got a prepaid label but I ended up sending the item via a different shipping method with tracking but I can't update the tracking info and payment is on hold until goods delivered. How yo resolve?

Look to contact ebay as they can upload the tracking details, maybe contact them  in the morning when you may get the Dublin customer service team, eBay Customer Service

I hope you realise that you don't get postage money from buyer as you are using simple delivery. 

If you bought postage, it is out of your pocket.
