A customer complained about the trainers she bought even though they were perfect.  She wanted a refund without sending them back.  Ebay stepped in after i reported her to them as i felt something was amiss and she returned them eventually - nearly 4 weeks later.  I refunded immediately through paypal .  I have today received notification that she told ebay she had NOT been refunded and they have paid her and now i owe them!  How can this happen?  How on earth can i get help from eBay - cant seem to find any link! I'm enrolled to have click and collect as a sellin optin however it seems to me that it won't show up on my listing as an option for buyers. I have set best offers, 30 day returns and free postage to buyers but i don't think that is what's trying to disallow me to have a click and collect function. Why is this? Hello. Help me please. Maybe someone was in a similar situation or my story will help someone. Saw (by chance) that I was charged a tax of $ 105 for additional advertising (specifically extended photo of 105 listings). But of course I did not order this function. Within 1 hour (approximately) I contacted ebay technical support and asked to understand and cancel this function. I have an expensive item on sale.  I have been contaced via eBay Contact Seller from somone claiming they want to buy, and making an acceptable offer of £700 including tracked and insured despatch.  I tell prospective buyer to simply click the Make an Offer button and proceed from there.   Buyer comes back with:- "Yeah mate i understand you clearly but before i contacted you, i have tried to go through buy it now or bidding on another member item method but my account won't allow me to commit myself to buy the item, it has been long I used the account on eBay. I have informed them that I will use the seller question to buy my item Pending when my account will be re- activated. That was why I was able to contact you through asking the seller's question.I will appreciate it If you can consider me to enable me make the transaction through this method. So I will like you to provide the below information: PayPal Email Address: eBay item number. Remember to send it directly to my email or send a PayPal Money Request to my PayPal email for immediate payment..." This is definitely trying to buy ouside of eBay (I think) which breaks the rules and I suspect is a scam.  I cannot find out how to report this th eBay, just keep going round in circles.    ... I've just picked up a purchase from a seller and he has now asked me for a collection code. I've collected lots of things but never been sent a code. As far as I can see, all my communication options are ticked. I can see from eBay that the norm is to send a message with a code, but I've never had one. Is there a box I need to tick somewhere? Hi All.  Have an account that sells designer clothing items for me which has been closed.   The items are clothes - there are a number of people selling the same.  The clothes have codes whereby you can check their authenticity on the designer website.  Speaking to an (unhelpful) customer rep I don't understand why this account has been closed.  She said 'It can't be proved' that they are designer not knock offs.  When said can see other sellers selling the same items and that there were codes, she was just 'Oh, well' it's tough.  The account is now closed but could someone advise on how we should handle this and explain why ours is closed but other accounts remain open.  Thank you.   ... Hello I'm stuck on how to get this resolved? I have had a item delivered to my the packing was water damaged and a shoddy repair done I'm guessing at the post office but the t-shirt was missing I've contacted the seller who is willing to help but is saying it could take up to 3 months via Royal Mail claims department. Can someone at eBay PLEASE make listing an item "idiot proof".  The number of listings that state postage available only to then find "Collection Only" in the item description or more annoying still like I have just encountered an email from the seller informing me that  "Sorry, but the item is for collection only" with no mention anywhere of this in the listing.  How hard is it for these idiots to complete an accurate listing?  Obviously very.  I would love to ask this of eBay directly but trying to do this is impossible as there the "contact us" link is a joke, it take forever to talk to a real person.  ...
