Unjustified tax.

Hello. Help me please. Maybe someone was in a similar situation or my story will help someone.
Saw (by chance) that I was charged a tax of $ 105 for additional advertising (specifically extended photo of 105 listings). But of course I did not order this function. Within 1 hour (approximately) I contacted ebay technical support and asked to understand and cancel this function. To which the operator replied that the system forbids him to do this and simply left the chat without even saying goodbye.
If anyone can help, please respond.

you used a paid for extra on your listings,

this fee will have shown up before you clicked 'list with displayed fees'

you are supposed to thoroughly check your listings before you send them live

the fee for gallery plus isn't charged in some categories,

so if you 'sell similar' from a listing in one the free categories and don't turn off the 'gallery plus' you will be charged for it

ebay CS can't turn it off on your listings

you need to use the bulk edit option and remove it yourself

Thank you very much friends for turning their attention to my problem. Humanity is immediately evident, thanks again.
I have to clarify that I have been a seller on ebay for more than a year and more or less understand how to put up listings. But I will clarify that I did not order additional functions, and even more so I did not see them. This is the trouble. That this problem can occur from morning to evening without the intervention of the human factor. And the amounts may be different.

No one here can help, we are members like you. In fact as you use Dollars I suspect it is ebay.com you need to contact not EbayUK, but I doubt they will refund.
