eBay

Hi.I've been having some problems with an eBay seller. After waiting over 3 weeks after the expected delivery date I opened a case on an item I bought. I was eventually refunded by eBay. The seller then dispatched the item to me and asked that I either return the item at my own cost or pay direct to his bank account. I requested that he invoice me through eBay so I could pay that way. He said that was not possible. I asked eBay and found out that it is possible. I replied with this info and asked that he do that. I have now received a request to pay direct to his PayPal account. I can't find any evidence that this invoice has come through eBay either.   I'd like to know how I can tell whether the PayPal payment request has come through eBay or not before I make the payment. ... Hello, I just had a buyer buy 1 of my items but when she tried to add another, she was told I only accept 1 purchase from a buyer in 10 days?!  I've never heard of this before and haven't put any such restricion in place. Received office chair damaged, the seller only replies to my email at 3am every morning Ive sent 10 emails with pictures they say they haven't received all 10 emails, they have not arranged for a replacement & have put the price of the chair by another £20, Ebay are uncontactable so what do I do. On September 23 2020 I placed an order for one (#1)OMRON electronic stethoscope 3T3-ST1 Item No.223480099805.The Item I have received a few days ago not what I have ordered instead I have  received a totally different item  - ADC adscope 658 electronic stethoscope . I would like your explanation for this difference of goods and if this is a replacement I believe you should have had the courtesy of informing me before hand.If I am to accept this as a replacemnt at least supply me with full details as well as operating instructins and all items that acompany this item. The article we sold was damaged in the post and we have agreed to accept the return.I pressed continue to print a returns label, but have not had any notification as to how to print the label. We have had an email from eBay saying the returns process has been started.   Does this mean that the buyer will have had an email telling her to print a label herself and we don't need to do anything more in terms of getting the item back? ... Hello there I have just found out that my case was closed due to inactivity but I was waiting for ebay to act on my behalf and I was waiting to hear from you. I had not had contact from the seller since the first contact. I had been checking with ebay  to see if there had been a decision made but I have now been told that it was closed.
