Limited to 1 item in 10 days

Hello, I just had a buyer buy 1 of my items but when she tried to add another, she was told I only accept 1 purchase from a buyer in 10 days?! 

I've never heard of this before and haven't put any such restricion in place. I have tried the 'online chat help' but it's clearly not a person. 😞

Try looking here to see if you have that restriction turned on if so turn it off,check the other options as well while you're there

You must have it set, have you looked in your preferences?

Sorry I have not been able to find this restriction, and how it can be deleted.
