The article we sold was damaged in the post and we have agreed to accept the return.I pressed continue to print a returns label, but have not had any notification as to how to print the label. We have had an email from eBay saying the returns process has been started.
Does this mean that the buyer will have had an email telling her to print a label herself and we don't need to do anything more in terms of getting the item back?
EBay send the Buyer an Email with a PDF attachment.
