sold a Iittala Oiva Toikka Nuutajarvi Art Glass Baby Common Teal yeserday 9-3-21 i have looled in to the buyer     looking on ebay community i have seen alot of bad reviews about this company they claim to be  the allied partner of ebay since 2007 . i got a sence of some thing ant quit right when they messaged me to number on the out side of the pakage so they can identify it quickly on delivery.reading the comments of the community they keep hold of the item for about 6 week then put in a claim to ebay for refund of money. how do i get out of this sale and offer it to a nother bidder that  was out bid by 5 japan bids  ... Why is it so rare now to receive feedback? I've purchased 3 items in the last week. Won on live auctions from private sellers not businesses. I have paid as soon as the listing ended and I had won the items. The items have since arrived and still no feedback? Are sellers now waiting to receive feedback from the buyer before they give feedback? That isn't always the case because I've given feedback many times and usually receive none in return hence why I now refuse to give it until I receive it because I'm fed up of sellers rudeness. This is quite damaging to the private buyer such as myself who rely on positive feedback. Surely it's part of eBays courtesy of use that buyers and sellers leave each other feedback? I think eBay should introduce a remind seller/buyer to leave feedback button on the my purchases page to ensure feedback is always left.  ... View more

Since payments to the seller from PayPal has changed to being from eBay i have had a significant number of sellers saying that it has taken them up to a week to receive payment and therefore they have delayed sending the goods. Whats the benefit of this change nin process? ... View more

Recently, i had an item listed, but withdrew it due to it receiving irreparable damage. Since then, i've been getting constantly messaged by the ebay user who had bid on the item at the time of cancelling the listing. I've already explained to them why it was cancelled, but still they keep demanding i sell the item to them. When i decline (the item is, after all, badly damaged), they have become very abusive and threatening.   any ideas how, and where, i can block this individual from contacting me, and even if I can escalate the 'report buyer' higher up - i tried that already, but got nowhere. ... Hi purchased an expensive item (Timothy Oulton light fitting £720) which was listed as collection only. Messaged the seller to ensure they were happy to safely package the item in preparation for courier collection prior to bidding. Once and only after they agreed I placed a bid and won the item. The item arrived damaged and I have no way of establishing whether it was damaged prior to or during transit. The quality of the packaging was poor as it only consisted of newspaper (no foam or bubble wrap etc). I have attempted to communicate with the seller regarding a part refund to assist with repair costs as opposed to a return request but they have refused either option.
