Item not arrived.

Hi iv not recieved my order I have placed and no tracking details have been put up. Iv messaged the seller a couple of times and they aren't replying. What do I do now. Thanks

Do not waste your time messaging!   Simply go to the resolution centre [link below] and - as long as the delivery date is past - open a non-receipt case. Escalate after 3 full business days. 

 

You will get a refund unless the seller can prove delivery by tracking.  It's his resposibility
